Jodi and Alistar chose an intimate elopement-style wedding in the heart of downtown Buffalo, NY—perfect for couples searching for a small wedding or micro wedding experience with a big impact. With just 30 guests, their day focused on meaningful moments, incredible food, and a relaxed, joy-filled celebration.

The evening featured amazing catering from Patina 250, one of the top spots for wedding dining in Buffalo. Their timeline kept things simple and intentional, starting with a romantic first look, followed by a short and heartfelt ceremony, and flowing seamlessly into a casual night of eating, drinking, and dancing—ideal for couples looking for a laid-back yet elegant wedding experience.

One of the most unforgettable moments came when Jodi surprised Alistar by having their dog join them for the first look. She was perfectly behaved and added such a personal, emotional touch—creating a standout moment for their wedding video. The couple also exchanged private vows outside the iconic Gold Dome Bank Building, giving them an intimate space to connect before sharing a shorter version during the ceremony.
